Tesla Model Y Reservation Holders

Hello,

I have put down a deposit for a Model Y Performance .... Black on Black. However it does look like there will be a long wait and have been told that the next phase which determines how to pay etc is when I will get the VIN and build date. Also at this stage I will be able to see if it's a China or Berlin build.

I’ve ordered via ZenAuto, one of the March delivery cars they had ordered. No date to me yet though.

Hi there, I have booked my Model Y in blue, with black 20" wheels. Delivery date is being given as May 9-23. Super excited, but does anybody know how to get through to a person at Tesla to discuss a couple of issues? I have tried to contact via the support section of the app, and not had any response, which is a bit frustrating.

Talking of which, when do you learn what the VIN is? I have tried to get insurance quotes but they all insist on the reg to give a definitive quote.

The insurance group is 55, the most expensive. More than the X or 3. Direct Line quoted me over £800, more than Admiral. Direct Line is recommended by Tesla.

Well seeing a good few model y long range on our U.K. roads, including my daughter in-laws y that they collected from Southampton back in February.
My order for the performance y just still says summer 2022. Find this odd as Tesla normally sells the performance models first as they have the biggest mark up.
Anybody have any idea what summer 2022 means, is that , June , July or August? Just no info to be found ?

If you look on the Y order page now for the MYP it's saying August for B or W models.... Same with the M3P
Looks to me like they're doing a run on the P's for next shipments.... Could be wrong (likely!!!) but fingers crossed
